Scheduling Fee

A non-refundable scheduling fee of $100 per party is required to reserve your mediation date. This fee will be applied toward your total mediation cost.

Mediation Rates

Half-Day Mediation (Up to 4 Hours)
$800 per party

Full-Day Mediation (Up to 8 Hours)
$1,600 per party

What’s Included

All mediation fees are billed at a flat rate and include:

  • Pre-mediation preparation and review of submitted materials
  • Communications and coordination related to the mediation
  • The mediation session itself
  • Post-mediation follow-up and preparation of settlement documentation, when applicable
